Welcome to Q Concierge ("Q Concierge", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our concierge booking services. By engaging with Q Concierge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Q Concierge operates as a private concierge booking agent based in the United Kingdom. All services, trading, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Nature of Our Service

Q Concierge is a concierge booking agent. We act as an intermediary between clients and licensed third-party travel and service providers (including airlines, private aviation operators, villa owners, hotel groups, and experience providers).

Q Concierge does not hold ATOL or ABTA membership and is not a travel agent. We do not sell packaged holidays. All bookings are sourced and fulfilled by our network of licensed third-party providers, who carry their own licences, protections, and terms of service.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings require payment in full or in part in advance, as agreed at the time of booking. Prices are confirmed at the point of booking and are subject to availability.

By making payment to Q Concierge, you authorise us to act on your behalf in sourcing and securing the requested services through our provider network.

Q Concierge charges a service fee, which is included in the total price quoted to you. This fee is non-refundable except in cases of provider failure where a full refund is received from the provider.

All payments must be made via the method agreed at the time of booking. Q Concierge accepts no responsibility for delays resulting from declined or incorrect payment details.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications

Cancellations initiated by the client are generally non-refundable, unless the relevant third-party provider offers a refund under their own terms.

Where a partial refund is applicable, Q Concierge will deduct any supplier cancellation fees, penalties, or non-recoverable charges before passing any remaining amount to the client.

Modifications to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges and are subject to provider availability. Q Concierge will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of funds from the relevant provider.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete personal information for all bookings, including full legal names as they appear on travel documents, passport or ID details where required, and any special requirements or preferences.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all visa, immigration, and entry requirements for their chosen destination. Q Concierge accepts no liability for issues arising from failure to meet these requirements.

Clients are responsible for compliance with all airline, provider, and operator rules and policies.

6. Liability

Q Concierge operates solely as a booking agent and facilitator. We are not the provider of flights, accommodation, private aviation, or any other travel services, and we accept no liability for the performance, quality, cancellation, or non-delivery of those services by third-party providers.

Once a booking is confirmed with a third-party provider, any disputes, changes, or issues relating to that service are the responsibility of that provider.

Q Concierge's total liability to any client in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total service fee paid by that client to Q Concierge for that booking.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q Concierge, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our services, any breach of these Terms, or any actions taken by third-party providers in relation to your bookings.

8. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of delivering our concierge services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share data only where necessary to fulfil your booking with a relevant provider.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

Q Concierge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
